Facade of the Hotel-Restaurant Roma in Cubells

The objective of the project is the conditioning of all the facades and roofs of the building destined for Hotel-Restaurant for the improvement of energy efficiency and comfort, taking into account the appropriate technical and aesthetic criteria for an optimal result, in accordance with the applicable law about.

It is a building built in 1945, according to cadastral data.

The composition of the closing walls in terms of façade, given their age, does not have insulation and a good part of the exterior carpentry also does not reach the minimum for a correct thermal insulation behaviour, against external noise, tightness and ventilation.
The roofs have been subject to maintenance work, but their composition does not offer the appropriate response to a correct thermal, acoustic and waterproofing insulation.

Therefore, the objectives of the project and the actions it determines are:

1- Ventilated facade construction with insulation on the three fronts to road. It also means a better seal impermeability in order to obtain an improvement in energy efficiency, against external noise, and impermeability.

2- Replacement of exterior carpentry for aluminum carpentry with thermal break and glass “Climalit” system with appropriate thicknesses according to the climate zone that corresponds to us.

3- Improvement for insulation and sealing of the roofs.

ADOPTED SOLUTION:

Ventilated facade construction with insulation on the three fronts to road. It also means a better seal impermeability in order to obtain an improvement in energy efficiency, against external noise, tightness, total absence of condensation.
