Single Family Home in Górliz
2018 (Górliz, Vizcaya). Project in process: Construction of isolated detached house with garage and pool and landscaped space, adapted to the original terrain, facilitating a tour and pleasant living areas, enhancing visuals.
Access from the road to the garage located at the same level, and arranged in a semi-basement.
The exterior staircase section is designed to adapt to the unevenness of the terrain, favoring the clear visualization of the surroundings.
Day area: Living-dining room, kitchen linked to the dining room while independent by sliding. All these units have direct access to the garden through a large porch.
On the same level, area of services of courtesy toilet, laundry, iron, drying rack, in covered outdoor space.
Night area: Three bedrooms, one of them type “suite” with dressing room and bathroom and the two remaining bedrooms that share another bathroom.
The covered space occupies a diaphanous space open to the house for study use and multipurpose room.
The different levels allow, and at the same time define us, a quiet resulting volume, totally adapted to the terrain, and with appropriate orientations to the dependencies according to their use: Living room, dining room facing south and west; solar control through porch; kitchen facing south-east; bedrooms facing south-east.
Building in which solar control according to summer and winter solstice is optimal.
