Housing Architecture Project

Built on a site sloping downwards towards the road, the main volumes are built on top of an earth retaining wall running the length of the road, which takes up the modified upper levels of the terrain.

This wall divides at one point and generates an access space to the garage and a pedestrian access to the house.

Another route is planned that communicates directly with the garden at the level of the house and which is resolved by cutting out the same fence and retaining wall, with a gentle scale and without losing the main views of the landscape.

The house is distributed over three levels: basement floor, the access to the garage and one of the pedestrian accesses, on the first floor and at garden level, the living floor, and on the second floor, the night area and study.
