House in Castellgalí

 

The project is configured mainly in three volumes: the day area, the night area (located on the ground floor), and the studio (located on the first floor).

 

The access to the house is made on a paved surface forming a subtle ramp, as much for the traffic as for pedestrians. In the first place, we have access to the garage (communicated internally with the house) and then the main access to the house.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The functional program of the house, clearly separates the day zone, oriented to the South and West of the night zone, oriented more to the East.

 

Day area: Living room, dining room and open kitchen and linked to the room, the three spaces make up one of the main volumes that is related to the back garden and pool through the openings in the room. The day program is completed with the laundry room, the garage on the ground floor and the studio located on the first floor, which is accessed through a staircase from the room.

 

Night area: Three bedrooms, one of them type “suite” with dressing room and bathroom, the two remaining bedrooms share another bathroom.
