We carry out the integral project in our studio and we supply all the furniture and Lighting through our store, as well as the management of all the necessary procedures, economic control, and the coordination and direction of the work.

The very global way in which we have worked on this project has been the key to achieving a welcoming, differentiated and totally personalized space, down to the smallest detail, within the agreed initial timeframe and budget.

The project consisted of an interior reform of an area of ​​about 477 m2, located at the northwest end of the second floor of an administrative block. The pre-existences, a surface of square proportion, totally compartmentalized, and with three totally glazed facades oriented east, north and west.

To create a compact central service center, around which the different workspaces with natural light are developed.

This core is worked as a compact wooden cube, providing warmth and acoustic comfort in the space, and at the same time it becomes the common denominator of all office spaces, providing the idea of ​​a unique space.

First, and linked to the main access, reception area, boardroom and visiting room.

The reception desk is specially designed for this project, which welcomes the user and becomes a corporate element of the brand. The industrialist who has manufactured the element has been the Xavi Coll fusters company.

In the central core are the dependencies of services and facilities, and the training room adapted and divisible for different occupations. This central core generates two diaphanous spaces well differentiated at the operational and physical level of the commercial and financial department.

In the background, and visually linked with the two large workspaces, the three rooms that occupy executive management offices.

All the pavement is solved with technical floor that resolves small unevenness pre-existing to the work, as well as the whole issue of electrification; The management offices, training room and meeting rooms are closed with double glazed screens. The roofs are properly worked according to the uses of each area, the lighting is integrated and helps the acoustic conditioning of the spaces. We also highlight the mobile partitions that give the versatility of uses in the training room and meeting rooms of the nucleus. The industrial supplier of these elements has been the Expert Line company.

In the open work spaces, we opt for lighting with Belux lamps, integrated in the tables, which work with indirect light towards the ceiling, and direct light to the work surface, resulting in an optimal solution.
